When you sign up to receive Eaglevlei’s newsletter or when you make a purchase from this website, we collect personal information to enable us to process and deliver your order. Non-Delivery & Cancellation
If you don't like any wine, for whatever reason, or if any bottle is broken or spoilt upon delivery we'll replace it.
You may cancel your order for any reason up to and including seven days from the date of delivery of your order, provided all the bottles are unopened and intact. We will refund the price of the order within 30 days from the date of cancellation.
Occasionally we do have to substitute wines for a later vintage or an alternative of equal or greater value. If you are unhappy with any substitutions you receive we will arrange collection at our cost. Claims for non-delivery must be made within three months of your order date.
Any complaint is taken very seriously and we endeavour to respond to complaints as soon as possible.
